Edimax MG-1000AMB Compatible 1.25Gbps SFP 1000BASE-LXM 1310nm 2km MMF Duplex LC DDM/DOM Optical Transceiver Module Edimax MG-1000AMB compatible optical transceiver is a dual fiber 1000Mbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP module for use in 1000BASE Ethernet network. SFP LXM provides 1Gb/s throughput up to 2km over OM2 multi-mode fiber (MMF) using 1310nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3 1000BASE-LXM and SERDES standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP transceiver features highly reliable FP transmitter and PIN photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 1.25Gbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform alternatively to genuine Edimax MG-1000AMB transceivers.
