After that, work may have already started on your handmade item. • Returns: Because my products are handmade, I do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. • Exchanges: Exchanges are not available at this time, but if there is a problem with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to help. • Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after work has begun. • Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be issued once the issue is reviewed.
